In the pure tradition of the appellation our Alain et Adrien Gautherin Chablis are vinificated in tank and aged during 10 to 11 months on the lee. The minerality of our clay-limestone soils is expressed, the whole accompanied by a beautiful freshness and a note of green lemon in the white wine's youth.

Alain et Adrien Gautherin Chablis has well balanced acidity and minerality, which acts just like a squeeze of lemon on oysters. It is this crispness that complement the fatness of the oysters which makes Chablis and oyster one of the world's best gourmet pairing.
