Appearance : we observe a very bright yellow colour with golden hues. Aroma : A powerful, round but fresh nose with well defined aromas. We find subtle toasted, buttered and brioche like notes. Also an ample nose of fleshy fruit (raspberry, cherry). Palate : The gourmet mouth confirms and enhances the impressions: the delightful liveliness of the Chardonnay anticipates the expression of the Pinot noir in power and in mouth length. A body and a maturity in the mouth, a clearcut frame of candied lemon, chewy with cherry stone aromas (cherry spirit notes), hints of dried fruits in the finish. An accomplished vintage wine, rich in flavors.

This brut champagne is based on a blending of grapes stemming from the contribution of the first sixteen former students. They are the founders of the Champagne Sanger corporate. That is why we decided to name this cuvée in their honour: Pères d’Origines (meaning ‘Founding Fathers’).
